To mark the National Day celebrations in the Middle East, Landmark Group’s Max Fashion wanted to create an exciting, engaging, and rewarding digital experience for its shoppers. The goal was simple yet impactful — to give customers a fun and frictionless way to win vouchers and exclusive discounts during the festive sale period, while driving deeper engagement with the brand.

We designed and developed a web-based SmartApp experience, built to run seamlessly across the brand’s social media campaigns. The experience allowed users to spin a digital wheel, try their luck, and instantly win vouchers or discounts. Winners were prompted to fill in their details, after which they received their vouchers directly in their inbox — ensuring a smooth and rewarding user journey from start to finish.

This Spin & Win game not only added a layer of excitement to Max Fashion’s National Day Sale but also helped the brand collect valuable customer data and drive redemption traffic to their stores and online channels.
